Last weekend, I had the pleasure of having lunch with our Fanwork Global Ambassadors. Unfortunately, one of our friends couldn’t join us due to an unfortunate incident. They were a victim of a scam while trying to purchase tickets for a SEVENTEEN concert and had to go to the police station with others who faced the same issue.
During lunch with the Global Fanwork Ambassadors, I naturally heard about the challenges that global fandoms continue to face. The discussions reminded me of the interviews we conducted last year while preparing Fanwork’s business, where we identified the needs and pain points of both Korean and global fandoms.
