The ‘Dokdo Chain Badge’ won first place in the 2023 MU:DS competition. The design emphasizes that Dokdo is part of Korean territory, using a chain to symbolize its connection to Gyeongsangbuk-do, the province it belongs to. The badge’s design also incorporates the original name “Usando,” showcasing its historical roots. The background of the packaging is written in English to explain the design’s purpose to non-Korean speakers.
