For me, nothing feels better than breaking a good sweat! When I sweat, it feels like all the toxins in my body disappear, and afterward, I feel so refreshed.💦
When Koreans think about relieving stress, the first thing that comes to mind is definitely the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna)! You put on a jjimjilbang uniform, wrap a towel around yourself, and sit in the hot room. Doesn’t that feel so typically Korean?😆
But besides jjimjilbangs, there are other healthy ways to sweat it out and relieve stress! Let me share some with you, Fanworkers.

If you want to relax alone, there are private spaces like clay rooms and steam rooms where you can unwind. The jjimjilbang is spacious, so it’s also great for groups.👍
